As South Dakota’s Agency With Choice services provider, Consumer Direct Care Network South Dakota (CDSD) helps people and families who self-direct their in-home personal care through the Family Support 360 (FS 360) program. We assist them with the enrollment process and support them as they hire and manage their employees.
Agency With Choice is a co-employment option where you control who provides your care and the level of care you need.
- As the Co-Employer you recruit, hire, train, and schedule your employees.
- CDSD is the Employer of Record and handles administrative and payroll tasks.
CDSD can help with:
- Processing employee new hire paperwork
- Running background checks on employees
- Issuing employee paychecks and W-2s
- Monitoring service utilization
You stay in control of your care by selecting, training, scheduling, and managing your employees.
