CDSD Webinar: Enrollment Process (for Family Support Coordinators)

Consumer Direct Care Network South Dakota (CDSD) is excited to be the new Agency with Choice (Family Support 360) provider for the South Dakota Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). This means participants will transition from receiving services from their current Community Service Provider (CSP) to receiving services from CDSD. Their employees will also transition to being employed by CDSD.
Preparation for the change is underway. Family Support Coordinators are invited to join this webinar to learn more about the change and the CDSD enrollment process. This webinar is for Family Support Coordinators only.
