CDSD Virtual Office Hours

Consumer Direct Care Network South Dakota (CDSD) is excited to be the new Agency with Choice (Family Support 360) provider for the South Dakota Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). CDSD is also a new choice for people interested in self-directing their care through the Common Law option.
Participants who receive Agency with Choice services will transition from their current Community Service Provider (CSP) to CDSD this fall. Their employee(s) will also transition to being employed by CDSD.
To help you get ready for this change, we’re hosting virtual office hours. If you need assistance with the enrollment process, CDSD’s time entry system, or another topic, we encourage you to attend.
